What precautions are staff at Burcham Animal Help taking regarding COVID-19?

We understand times are difficult right now, to help keep everyone safe and feeling comfortable all visits/meet and greets will be conducted only while all human participants are wearing a mask and practicing proper social distancing guidelines.

Does Burcham Animal Help have breed or weight restrictions?

No, we do not discriminate! All we ask is to be notified before hand if your animal has any aggressive behavior or restrictions. (EX. food, people or other animals)

Can I book last minute or same day visits? 

Yes, but only for 15-60 minute visits. Any overnight or extended stay visits must be booked a week in advance.

Can I pick specific times and days for my services?

Yes, but we ask that you give time frames. (EX. My dog needs to be walked between the hours of 11am-1pm on Wednesdays) 

What if I have an emergency and need immediate help?
